About 6 - 8, including our annual Hudson Lecture.

WHAT ELSE DO WE DO?

We provide a prize to the Wellington Regional Science Fair and provide one or more scholarships to Ph.D students in need.

Who are the members of our Council?

In 2023 and 2024 we have David Lillis (President), Brian Jones (Treasurer) and Council Members Lucy Forde, Bruce MacFadgen, Diana Gordon and Barry Borman.

Do we pay our Councillors?

No. Council members contribute their time on a voluntary basis.

Where do we host our public lectures?

Mostly at the Royal Society Te Apārangi premises in Thorndon - the Aronui Lectue Theatre.
